We’ll cover fundamental aspects of knowledge base management, including planning, processes and features. Planning concepts include things like understanding your audience, selecting your content, and developing your knowledge base structure. Processes include things like content audits, publication workflows and audience engagement. Features include things like document templates, labels and proper titles.

 

This course also includes hand-on activities, including documenting your knowledge base structure, and setting up a live knowledge base so you can get some experience using these tools.
